Joseph T. Becker, President
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Becker is involved in all aspects of the investigative business, including contact with clients, direction to supervisors and investigative staff, and actual field investigations, as necessary. His experience includes 27 years in the insurance claims industry, working as a Claims Adjuster and Private Investigator for both insurance companies and self-insured corporations. Prior to starting and incorporating Becker & Company in February 1994, Mr. Becker worked as the Operations Manager in charge of investigations since 1987, for a separately licensed private detective agency in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Becker has provided testimony in dozens of cases over the years, said testimony having a direct benefit to insurance companies and self-insured entities, which has saved said companies countless thousands of dollars, in both Workers' Compensation claims and liability cases.
Charles E. McCracken, Investigations Manager
Mr. McCracken has been involved in investigative work for 30 years. Prior to his employment with Becker & Company, he was responsible for Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism investigations in a joint U.S. Department of Energy/U.S. Navy Program developing and supporting the Navy's Nuclear Propulsion Program.

Bill Moore, Manager

Education:
- Bill is a graduate of Queens College, NY where he earned his B.A. degree in Economics. He is also a graduate of the Wharton School's, "Insurance Executive" program and holds a C.P.C.U. designation since 1982.

Experience:
- Bill worked in many capacities at Royal SunAlliance Ins. Company ranging from claims adjuster to Vice President of Claims, Underwriting, and Human Resources from 1972 until 2000.
- Since retiring from RSA Bill developed a successful consulting company and has helped several large and small companies in the United States and Latin America deal with their organizational issues.
- Bill was a partner in Mitchell & Company Inc. before coming to Becker & Company after its merger with Mitchell.
